HOW TO ORDER

Ready to get your book noticed by an agent? Looking to get that script sold? The SCRIPTOLOGIST of DOOM is on the cutting edge of the industry, but being located outside of Hollywood, it affords manageable pricing plans for these PREMIER services, which from some of the big names in the industry, could cost a fortune ($100+).  Getting notes for your script or manuscript is as simple as a click away.

1.  Firstly, purchase the service using the PayPal menu on the right (select the service of your choice; see below for pricing options).

2. E-mail your script to:  scriptologistofdoom@gmail.com.  I accept PDF and Final Draft (.fdr or .fdx) files, as well as snail mail, if you prefer.*

Your notes will arrive from 5-8 business days from receipt of payment and script. Turn around is subject to change, depending on volume and other factors. *If sending via snail mail, turn around time may, obviously, be longer.  If speed is a factor, I will do my best to accommodate you (an additional $10 will be applied to base fee).

WHAT YOU WILL GET:

FULL Service - Your full script -120 pages will be read, and you will receive 1-2 pages of notes. Notes will address issues that may arise and areas for improvement that may include: premise, plot, structure, conflict, narrative techniques, character and story arcs, dialog, formatting, and logic.  A phone or Skype consultation will be included, upon request, (no extra fee). 

THE ULTIMATE - Your script is read.  4-5 pages of notes (a TREATMENT) will be provided. These will include full commentary, suggestions,  idea brainstorming, and a page by page analysis with tips for improvement on any number of the following areas:  premise, plot, structure, tone, theme(s), style, conflict, character and story arcs, narrative techniques, dialog, visual acuity, industry standard formatting, logic, flow, and overall soundness. (*For a graphic novel, think heavy on story -narrative techniques; transitioning; flow; and visuals- visual acuity:  style, tone, color temperatures/palettes, etc.etc...).

FOCUSED Notes- If you need focused attention in one or more particular areas, this can be done, and depending on your needs, could fall under either the FULL or THE ULTIMATE service. If extended focus is required, an additional $10 fee might apply, dependent on need.

Page-by-Page (or) Beat Analysis-  A breakdown by page, or by beat + commentary.  This has not been done in the past, but if you require one, please let me know and I may be able to accommodate you.  Prices may vary dependent on need.
